Stir-Fried Sweet Potato Vermicelli and Cabbage
Stir-fried sweet potato vermicelli with cabbage: When some people cook this dish at home, the cabbage is not crispy and tender, and the vermicelli sticks easily to the pan. Ingredients:
Half cabbage, sweet potato vermicelli, appropriate amount of oil and salt, green onion, 1 piece of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, 3-4 dried chili peppers, 10 peppercorns, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, a few drops of rice vinegar
Cooking steps:
1. Place the sweet potato vermicelli in a container and soak in warm water for 1 hour until it is completely soft.
2. Cut cabbage into shreds.
3. Put the soaked sweet potato vermicelli in a large bowl. Add 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and mix well.
4. Add oil to the pan and heat it, add peppercorns, fry over low heat until slightly charred, remove and throw the peppercorns.
5. Pour chopped green onion, minced ginger, garlic slices and dried chili peppers until fragrant.
6. Pour the shredded cabbage and stir-fry over high heat.
7. Add the vermicelli, add salt, pour a few drops of rice vinegar, stir-fry quickly for 1-2 minutes on high heat.
Tips:
- Stir-fry cabbage and vermicelli with high heat.
- The sweet potato vermicelli is first softened with boiling water, and then soaked in warm water.3
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the vermicelli and mix well, in order to prevent the vermicelli from sticking to the pan.
