Chicken Meatball and White Radish Soup
Chicken meatball and white radish soup, we all know that white radish can promote digestion and enhance appetite. The soup made with chicken meatball tastes wonderful. Ingredients:
1 chicken breast, 1 half white radish, 1 coriander, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 spring onion, 2 slices of ginger, 1 teaspoon white pepper, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 2 tablespoons starch.
Cooking steps:
1. Prepare all ingredients, peeled white radish, minced shallot and ginger.
2. Shredded white radish.
3. Cut the chicken into pieces first, and then chop into chicken purée.
4. Add salt, green onion, ginger, white pepper, starch, cooking wine, 1 egg, stir until the meat filling becomes very thick. Chicken meatballs have no oil and are easy to spread. Add eggs and starch to prevent the meatballs from loosening. The taste is delicate and relatively tender. Cooking wine and white pepper powder can remove the meaty smell of chicken.
5. Add water to the pot and boil, add white radish shreds and boil the soup.
6. After boiling the soup, use a low heat and keep a small bubble, and add chicken meatballs.
7. After putting all the chicken meatballs in the pan, cook on medium heat for 5 minutes and sprinkle with salt.
8. Pour sesame oil, sprinkle with coriander and white pepper.
Tips:
1. Add eggs and starch to make the meatballs tight and delicate. Cooking wine and white pepper powder can remove the meaty smell of chicken.
2. No need to cover the lid during cooking. In this way, the strong smell of white radish is gone.

- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- 2 tablespoons starch
- Half white radish
