Ingredients:
Celtuce (butter head lettuce, stem lettuce, celery lettuce, asparagus lettuce, or Chinese lettuce), 400g pork ribs, 3 hot peppers, 1 piece of ginger, 2 tablespoons of Sichuan bean paste, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, moderate oil
Cooking steps:
1. Peel and wash celtuce, cut into strips, wash and cut hot peppers, and set aside.
2. Clean the ribs and put them in boiling water, then add 1 tablespoon cooking wine, blanched to remove the smell. Then take them out of the pot.
3. Put a moderate amount of oil in the pot and cook until 70% hot, Put in a piece of rotten ginger and hot peppers, scoop 2 tablespoons of Sichuan bean paste and sauté until fragrant.
4. Pour ribs and stir-fry evenly.
