Today I will share an easy DIY healthy breakfast idea. It only takes more than ten minutes to make it. It can be eaten for several days. Especially suitable for office workers who are busy in the morning.
This breakfast is actually called oil tea noodles, but my approach is different, I did not add oil, so the storage time is longer.

500 g triticale flour, 100 g peanuts, 50 g walnuts, 50 g cashew nuts, proper amount of fruit cereal and sugar.

2. Roast peanuts, walnuts and cashews at 150 degrees for 10 minutes. When you make it, it depends on the performance of your own oven and the moisture content of the nuts.
3. Heat the pan without adding oil, pour in the flour and stir-fry on a small fire. I cooked it for about seven or eight minutes in this process. The time for stir-frying is determined according to the heat.

5. After completing these steps, package and store separately. When you want to eat it in the morning, take an appropriate amount of cooked flour, add some sugar and crushed nuts, pour the appropriate amount of boiling water and mix well.
If you don’t like sweetness, you don’t need to add sugar. It’s okay to add a little salt.
