1 pieces of tofu,  2 eggs, 2 chili peppers, 1 shallot, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, proper amount of oil and salt, water starch.

Cooking steps:

1. Cut the tofu evenly.

2. Knock the eggs into the bowl. Chop the shallot and chili pepper. Place oyster sauce in the bowl, add soy sauce and a little salt, and mix well.
