Stir-Fried Smoked Bean Curd and Hot Pepper
Chinese smoked bean curd is a very nutritious soy product that contains sufficient protein and a variety of minerals. Today I will share a recipe of stir-fried smoked bean curd with hot pepper. If you are interested in this dish, check out the steps below.
Ingredients:
2 pieces of smoked bean curd, 3 green peppers, 3-4 hot peppers, green onion, 1 piece of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, water starch
Cooking steps:
1. Smoked bean curd cut into strips.
2. Chop green onion, ginger, garlic, green pepper and hot pepper.
3. Pour boiling water and cook for about 1 minute.
4. Add oil to the pot and heat, add green onion, ginger, garlic slices until fragrant, then add green pepper and hot pepper and stir-fry until the color becomes dark green.
5. Pour in smoked bean curd, then add oyster sauce and soy sauce, stir-fry evenly.
6. Finally, add a little water starch, stir-fry until the soup becomes thick.

Smoked bean curd should be cooked in boiling water for 1 minute to make it softer.
