  • 3 green peppers
  • 2 pieces of smoked bean curd
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 3-4 hot peppers


  • Smoked bean curd cut into strips.
  • Chop green onion, ginger, garlic, green pepper and hot pepper.
  • Pour boiling water and cook for about 1 minute.
  • Add oil to the pot and heat, add green onion, ginger, garlic slices until fragrant, then add green pepper and hot pepper and stir-fry until the color becomes dark green.
  • Pour in smoked bean curd, then add oyster sauce and soy sauce, stir-fry evenly.
