Black Sesame Paste Recipe | How To Make Black Sesame Sauce
Today I will share a recipe of black sesame sauce, which can be paired with many foods, such as porridge, meat, noodles, buns and snacks. Very convenient! Black sesame paste is rich in protein, carotene, vitamin E, calcium, iron, zinc and other trace elements. Black sesame paste is a very healthy condiment.
Ingredients:
80g raw black sesame, 40ml walnut oil
Cooking steps:
1. Put the raw black sesame seeds into the pan and sauté over low heat until they are fragrant and crispy.
2. Cool the fried black sesame seeds, then pour into a blender and grind it into a powder. The black sesame must be cooled before putting it into the blender, otherwise the moisture will be too heavy and will form a mass.
3. Pour the appropriate amount of walnut oil into the black sesame powder and stir until the oil and powder are thoroughly mixed. How much walnut oil is poured depends on the consistency you want, I used about 40 ml.
4. Store in the refrigerator after sealing.
Tips:
1. The sesame must be cooked, otherwise it is not easy to grind into powder.
3. Pour the walnut oil into the sesame powder with several times and increase or decrease according to the fullness of the black sesame paste.
