Put the raw black sesame seeds into the pan and sauté over low heat until they are fragrant and crispy.
Cool the fried black sesame seeds, then pour into a blender and grind it into a powder. The black sesame must be cooled before putting it into the blender, otherwise the moisture will be too heavy and will form a mass.
Pour the appropriate amount of walnut oil into the black sesame powder and stir until the oil and powder are thoroughly mixed. How much walnut oil is poured depends on the consistency you want, I used about 40 ml.
Store in the refrigerator after sealing.
