Fried Pleurotus Eryngii with Tomatoes

6 pleurotus eryngii mushrooms, 2 tomatoes, 2 green peppers, 1 spring onion, appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, sugar.

3. Cut Pleurotus eryngii into small pieces.
