Hand Pulled Noodles with Beef Recipe | Chinese Fried Lamian Noodles
Fried Chinese hand pulled noodles is a very simple home-cooked staple food, Hand pulled noodles is called Lamian Noodle in China. It is a famous product in Shanxi Province and is one of the four major noodle dishes in Shanxi. Today I will share a Cumin beef stir-fry with hand-pulled noodle recipe, This noodle dish is delicious with onions, tomatoes, greens and beef stir-fried on high heat and sprinkled with a handful of cumin powder. So delicious!
Ingredients:
250g beef, moderate thin dough, 1 tomato, half onion, a handful of greens, 3 tablespoons of thin soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons of thick soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, 5 tablespoons of water, 1 tablespoon of cumin, 3 cloves of garlic, spring onions,1 teaspoon of baking soda,1 tablespoon of white pepper, moderate ginger
Cooking steps:
1. The weather is relatively cold recently. Put the thin dough in a warm place until it becomes soft.
2. Wash the tomato and cut it into slices.
3. Cut the onion into shreds.
4. Wash the greens and set aside.
5. After the beef is sliced, add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon white pepper, 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 tablespoon ginger juice. Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes, then add 20ml of cooking oil and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and wait for 2 to 3 hours. I usually marinate the beef at night and eat it at noon the next day.
6. Cut the thin dough into strips, and after rounding, pinch and stretch at both ends to make thick noodles.
7. Hand-pulled noodles.
8. Put the cooked noodles in cold water to prevent them from sticking together.
9. Add oil to the pot and heat, add onion and garlic and fry until fragrant. Pour the marinated beef slices and stir-fry until the color turns white. Then pour tomato slices and shredded onion.
10. Pour greens into the pot and noodles into the pot. Add soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and appropriate amount of water.
11. Sprinkle with cumin powder.
