Ingredients:
2 slices smoked bean curd, 250g Chinese celery, 2-3 chili peppers, proper amount of oil and salt, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
Cooking steps:
1. Prepare celery.
2. Cut smoked bean curd into strips.
3. Cut pepper and garlic.
4. Once the water’s boiling, we’re gonna scald smoked bean curd for 1-2minutes. Then take them out of the pot and set aside.
5. Bring the water back to the boil, add a little salt, add celery and blanch until the color becomes dark green, then remove the celery from the pot and put it in cold water to cool.
