Mixed Vegetable Noodle Soup | Easy Chinese Noodle Soup
Today I will share a mixed vegetable noodle soup recipe, adding many vegetables to the noodles and cooking together. It is easy to make and the soup is very delicious.
Ingredients:
100g High gluten dried noodles, 8 green beans, half carrots, 1 ham sausage, half tomato, moderate coriander and spring onion, salt, cooking oil
Cooking steps:
1. Diced beans, carrots, ham and tomatoes, and chopped parsley.
2. Pour the right amount of cooking oil into the pan and heat it, pour chopped green onions until fragrant.
3. Pour the green beans and sauté until they change color.
4. Then pour in carrot and ham sausage and stir-fry for one minute.
5. Add tomatoes and sauté until juice comes out.
6. Add a spoonful of salt.
7. Pour in moderate water and bring to a boil, add high gluten dried noodles and cook for 5 minutes. The specific time depends on the type of noodles you buy, and some noodles will take less time to cook.
8. Take them out of the pot, sprinkle a little coriander.
Tips:
1. The chopped green onions must be fried until they are fragrant before adding other vegetables.
