30g flour, 1 egg, 1 fritter, lettuce leaves, 2 tablespoons sweet pasta sauce, 1 teaspoon black sesame (5g), half teaspoon salt
Cooking steps:
1. Pour 30 grams of flour into a bowl, add half a teaspoon of salt and mix well, pour in water and stir until there is no dry powder. Note that the flour paste should not be too thick.
2. Wash the lettuce, prepare in advance.
