Deep-Fried Seafood Mushrooms
There are many ways to cook seafood mushrooms. Today I will share a new method of putting mushrooms in egg liquid and deep-frying them. If you are interested in this snack, you guys can follow the steps below.
Deep-Fried Seafood Mushrooms Ingredients:
Half a pound of seafood mushrooms, 1 egg, appropriate amount of oil and salt, 1 teaspoon of white pepper powder, 3 tablespoons of starch, and spiced salt
Cooking steps:
1. Prepare the required materials. Spiced salt is a mixture of pepper powder and salt. It is often used for fried foods.
2. Cut off the root of the mushroom and wash it.
3. Add water to the pot and boil, pour the seafood mushrooms in boiling water and cook for a few minutes until it becomes soft. Remove the seafood mushrooms.
4. Put the mushrooms in a large bowl, add white pepper powder, salt, an egg, and starch.
5. Stir evenly, not too thick or too thin, if too thick mushrooms will stick together. Add another tablespoon of oil and mix well so that the mushrooms will not stick together when frying.
6. Add oil to the pan and heat to 60%, then drop the mushrooms one by one into the oil pan and fry them, then take it out. The first fry is mainly to shape the mushrooms.
7. Heat the oil to 80%, pour the mushrooms again and fry them until they are golden and crispy on the outside, then take it out and sprinkle with some spiced salt.
Deep-Fried Seafood Mushrooms Tips:
When frying mushrooms, be sure to control the oil temperature. Fried twice, the mushroom taste will be more crisp and tender.
