Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon chicken essence
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 slice ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of Pixian bean paste
  • Water starch
  • 250 g tofu skin
  • Oil and salt

Instructions

  • Prepare tofu skin. Chopped green onions, minced ginger and garlic.
  • Add oil to the pot, add green onion, minced ginger and garlic until fragrant.
  • Add Pixian bean paste and stir-fry with low heat.
  • Pour one bowl of water, add soy sauce and sugar, and boil the soup.
  • Pour the tofu skin, boil over high heat, then simmer on low heat for 5-6 minutes.
  • Add chicken essence, then pour the right amount of water starch, heat it until the soup becomes thick, turn off the heat.

Notes

Pixian bean paste is relatively salty. Put less salt in the dishes.
