Ingredients

  • 300 g pork
  • one tomato
  • 15 green peppers
  • 1 spoon thick broad-bean sauce

Instructions

  • Wash pork and cut into thin filaments.
  • Add the right amount of starch, add a little water and mix well.
  • Cut the tomatoes into cubes and cut the green pepper into filaments.
  • Add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the pot and cook to 70% heat. Add a spoonful of thick broad-bean sauce.
  • Pour the shredded pork into the pan and stir-fry.
  •  Fry until the shredded pork becomes discolored and pour in the tomatoes.
  • Fry until the tomatoes are soft, and pour in green peppers.
  • Stir-fry until the green peppers become soft and add an appropriate amount of salt.

Notes

1. Do not fry the green peppers for too long.
3. Thick broad-bean sauce has a salty taste, so put less salt at the end.
