- Wash pork and cut into thin filaments. 
- Add the right amount of starch, add a little water and mix well. 
- Cut the tomatoes into cubes and cut the green pepper into filaments. 
- Add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the pot and cook to 70% heat. Add a spoonful of thick broad-bean sauce. 
- Pour the shredded pork into the pan and stir-fry. 
-  Fry until the shredded pork becomes discolored and pour in the tomatoes. 
- Fry until the tomatoes are soft, and pour in green peppers. 
- Stir-fry until the green peppers become soft and add an appropriate amount of salt.
