  • 2 small pumpkins
  • Crushed peanuts
  • Melon seeds
  • 1 small bowl of flour

Instructions

  • Clean the pumpkin seeds.
  • Steam the pumpkin.
  • Prepare the fried sunflower seeds and crushed peanuts.
  • Squeeze the pumpkin, add the sunflower seeds and peanuts and mix well.
  • Pour in flour and mix well.
  • Add an appropriate amount of water and stir into a batter, slightly thicker batter.
  • Brush the bottom of the container with corn oil and pour in the pumpkin paste.
  • Put in a steamer and steam for 30 minutes.
