Ingredients

  • 250g pork belly
  • 4 garlic scapes
  • A few slices of ginger
  • 2 TBSP Pixian broad bean paste
  • ½ TBSP cooking wine
  • 1 TSP sugar
  • 1 TBSP light soy sauce

  • Cut the skin from pork belly and slice it thinly.
