Scrape the celtuce stem into thin slices with a spatula.
Put the celtuce stem slices in boiling water for two minutes.
Cool in cool water.
Roll up the celtuce stem and place it on the plate.
Mince the garlic and cut the red peppers in circles.
Add oil, minced garlic, chili rings and salt to the pan and stir-fry until the fragrance overflows. Then add a little water, mix the light soy sauce and water starch evenly.
Notes
The celtuce stem should not be scalded in boiling water for too long, just 1 to 2 minutes.
