Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes
  • 250g beef tenderloin
  • 1 leek
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 dried peppers
  • 1 slice of ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ½ tbsp thick soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp thin soy sauce
  • 2 tsp cooking wine
  • ½ tbsp oil
  • moderate Salt
  • moderate starch

Instructions

  • Peel and cut potatoes into strips, soak in water for half an hour in advance.
  • Cut the beef into thin slices.
  • Add half a tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of cooking wine, a little starch and half tablespoon of oil to the beef slices, stir and marinate for 10 minutes. (Add oil to prevent the beef from losing water, and it tastes smoother and tenderer).
  • Cut green pepper, garlic, ginger, dried chili and leek.
  • Add oil to the pot and heat, pour onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili. Deep-fry until fragrant, then pour the marinated beef slices into the pan and quickly stir-fry.
  •  Stir-fry until the beef is discolored, then take them out of the pot and set aside.
  • Leave the remaining oil in the pan, add the appropriate amount of salt, pour the potato strips and stir-fry.
  • Pour beef slices and sauté for half a minute.
  • Pour in green peppers and sauté for half a minute.
