Ingredients

  • A handful of garlic moss
  • 300 grams of pork
  • 1 tomato
  • Moderate starch
  • Moderate Sichuan bean paste

Instructions

  • Cut pork into filaments, add appropriate amount of starch and water, mix well,
  • Cut tomato and garlic moss.
  • Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, then add a spoonful of Sichuan bean paste.
  • Add pork shreds and stir-fry over high heat.
  • Stir-fry until the pork shreds turns white. Then pour diced tomatoes.
  • Stir-fry until the tomatoes are juiced.
  • Pour the garlic moss and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • Add the appropriate amount of salt and turn off the heat.

Notes

1. The Sichuan bean paste is salty. Add less salt in the end.
2. Don’t fry the garlic moss for too long.
