Ingredients

  • A handful of leeks
  • 300g Chinese bacon
  • 3 hot peppers
  • Moderate oil
  • Moderate salt 
  • Moderate MSG

Instructions

  • Cut the bacon into thin strips, cut the peppers and leeks.
  • Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot.
  • Pour Chinese bacon.
  •  Stir-fry until the bacon discolors and oils out.
  • Pour leeks and stir-fry over high heat.
  • Fry quickly until the leek is soft, add a little salt, MSG, stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat.

Notes

Bacon has a salty taste, don’t put too much salt in the end.
