Tear the cabbage into pieces.
Tomatoes and potatoes are cut into slices.
Add water to the pot and boil. Pour the potatoes and cook. Remove for later use.
Add oil to the pot and heat, add chopped green onion, minced ginger and garlic slices until fragrant, then add tomatoes and stir-fry until juice.
Pour the cabbage and stir fry until it becomes soft.
Finally pour the cooked potatoes. Add salt and stir quickly over high heat. Turn off the heat.
