Ingredients

  • 1 potato
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  •  1 teaspoon of sugar
  • ½ tablespoon starch
  • One handful of seafood mushrooms
  • Green onion
  • Ginger

Instructions

  • Prepare all materials. Peel the potatoes.
  • Cut off the roots of the seafood mushrooms and prepare them in advance.
  • Cut the potatoes into thin and even slices.
  • Prepare green onion, ginger and garlic for later use. Half a bowl of water, add starch, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar and mix well.
  • Add water to the pot and boil. Pour the seafood mushrooms cook until slightly softened and remove.
  • Add oil to the pot, pour in potatoes, fry until the surface turns golden brown, remove and set aside.
  • Leave some oil in the pan, add chopped green onion, ginger and garlic, pour seafood mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes, pour the fried potato chips and stir-fry evenly. Pour the prepared sauce and stir-fry until the soup becomes thick.
