Prepare all materials. Peel the potatoes.
Cut off the roots of the seafood mushrooms and prepare them in advance.
Cut the potatoes into thin and even slices.
Prepare green onion, ginger and garlic for later use. Half a bowl of water, add starch, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar and mix well.
