Prepare all required materials.
Tear Mushroom into strips by hand.
Cut pork into slices, add cooking wine, starch and white pepper, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes. Cut the green pepper into slices.
Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, pour the mushrooms and cook until softened, take it out for later use.
Add oil to the pot and heat, add chopped green onion, minced ginger and garlic slices until fragrant. Pour the sliced meat and stir-fry until the color turns white.
Pour the mushrooms, pour half a bowl of water, then add soy sauce, salt and sugar. Simmer the oyster mushrooms for a few minutes.
