- 200 g Iron Bar Yam
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 tsp ketchup
- 3 tsp Sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 spring onion
Peeled yam, cut into small pieces after washing. Chopped garlic and spring onion.
Cross the top of the tomato with a knife, soak it in boiling water for a while, then you can easily peel the tomato skin and cut it into small pieces for later use.
Without putting oil in the pan, pour the sliced tomatoes and stir-fry over medium heat until the tomatoes are soft and rotten out of the soup. Then add the minced garlic and stir-fry for a while.
Add the right amount of water to boil, then add the yam section, add 2 teaspoons of ketchup, a little sugar, and use a low fire to cook the yam soft (about 20 minutes).
Finally, add an appropriate amount of salt, stir and sprinkle with spring onions.
- The yam must choose the thin iron yam, the taste is powdery and glutinous, and the thick one is crispy yam, which is more suitable for frying.
- Add a little tomato sauce to make the soup thicker.
