  • 6 slices Dried tofu
  • 300 g pork
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 spicy millet


  • Wash the pork and cut it into filaments, add an appropriate amount of starch, add a little water and mix well. Shredded dried tofu, chopped green pepper and millet spicy.
  • Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot and cook to 70% heat.
  • Pour in shredded pork and fry until the color turns white.
  • Add dried tofu and stir-fry.
  • Stir-fry the dried tofu for 2 minutes, put in the green pepper and spicy millet stir-fry for 1 minute. Add salt and MSG and stir-fry evenly.


If you don’t like spicy, don’t put spicy millet.
