Cut red dates into small pieces.
Put red dates, corn oil and pure milk into the cooking machine and stir into a mud.
Pour the red date milk puree into a large bowl and set aside.
Put the brown sugar in a water-free and oil-free basin. Knock the eggs into brown sugar. Place the basin in a large basin filled with hot water to melt the brown sugar.
The brown sugar melts and stir with an electric whisk.
Pour the brown sugar egg liquid into the red dates puree and mix well.
Then sift into the pastry flour and quickly stir until there is no dry powder. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees in advance.
After mixing well, pour into 9-inch square mold and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
Put the mold into the preheated steam oven and bake at 160 degrees for 55 minutes. (If it is a 6-inch square plate, bake it for 40 minutes.)
Cut into pieces after cooling.
