Ingredients

  • Half cabbage
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 potato
  • green onion
  • 1 slice of ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic

Instructions

  • Tear the cabbage into pieces.
  • Tomatoes and potatoes are cut into slices.
  • Add water to the pot and boil. Pour the potatoes and cook. Remove for later use.
  • Add oil to the pot and heat, add chopped green onion, minced ginger and garlic slices until fragrant, then add tomatoes and stir-fry until juice.
  • Pour the cabbage and stir fry until it becomes soft.
  • Finally pour the cooked potatoes. Add salt and stir quickly over high heat. Turn off the heat.
