Ingredients

  • 2 chili peppers
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  •  2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • Water starch
  • Oil and salt

Instructions

  • Cut the tofu evenly.
  • Knock the eggs into the bowl. Chop the shallot and chili pepper. Place oyster sauce in the bowl, add soy sauce and a little salt, and mix well.
  • Pour the egg liquid into the tofu and stir evenly.
  • Add oil to the pot and heat, add tofu and egg liquid, spread out, heat until the egg liquid is solidified, then turn over, fry the other side, fry the tofu in a golden color. Fried tofu in golden color.
  • Add oil to the pan and pour half of the shallots and peppers.
  • Pour in the tofu that has just been fried, pour in the prepared sauce, bring to a boil, and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
