Ingredients

  • 500g Oyster Mushroom
  • 150g pork
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 slice of ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of cooking wine
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of white pepper powder
  • Amount of starch
  • Oil and salt

Instructions

  • Prepare all required materials.
  • Tear Mushroom into strips by hand.
  • Cut pork into slices, add cooking wine, starch and white pepper, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes. Cut the green pepper into slices.
  • Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, pour the mushrooms and cook until softened, take it out for later use.
  • Add oil to the pot and heat, add chopped green onion, minced ginger and garlic slices until fragrant. Pour the sliced meat and stir-fry until the color turns white.
  • Pour the mushrooms, pour half a bowl of water, then add soy sauce, salt and sugar. Simmer the oyster mushrooms for a few minutes.
