Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 bowl of cooked rice
  • 50 g chopped carrots
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 50 g peas
  • moderate corn oil

Instructions

  • Prepare ingredients for fried rice with mayonnaise.
  • Add corn oil to the pan and start scrambled eggs, take them out of the pot and set aside.
  • Add corn oil to the pan again, pour the corn kernels, chopped carrots and peas into the pan and cook until thoroughly cooked.
  • Pour the rice into the pan and stir-fry for a while.
  • Pour the egg pieces into the pan, add 3 tablespoons mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly.

Notes

Mayonnaise is relatively salty, I do not recommend adding salt, vegetables for fried rice can be added as you like! You can put some ham, and the taste is super delicious!
