Ingredients

  • 1 celtuce stem
  • 2 red peppers
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • moderate salt and water starch

Instructions

  • Peel a celtuce stem and wash all ingredients.
  • Scrape the celtuce stem into thin slices with a spatula.
  • Put the celtuce stem slices in boiling water for two minutes.
  • Cool in cool water.
  • Roll up the celtuce stem and place it on the plate.
  • Mince the garlic and cut the red peppers in circles.
  • Add oil, minced garlic, chili rings and salt to the pan and stir-fry until the fragrance overflows. Then add a little water, mix the light soy sauce and water starch evenly.

Notes

The celtuce stem should not be scalded in boiling water for too long, just 1 to 2 minutes.
