  • 1 purple potato
  • 4 red dates
  • a handful of black rice
  • a handful of glutinous rice
  • half a handful of black beans
  • moderate rock sugar

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients needed for multigrain purple potato porridge. Wash black rice, glutinous rice and black beans. Peel and cut purple sweet potatoes, slice red dates.
  • Put black rice, glutinous rice, black beans and red dates into the rice cooker and add the right amount of water to cook for 1 hour.
  • Steam the purple potato pieces for about 15 minutes.
  • After an hour, the porridge was cooked. Then pour the steamed purple potato pieces into the porridge. Add rock sugar and cook for a few minutes.
