  • 300 g fresh shiitake mushrooms
  • a handful of Chinese chives
  • 100 g pork
  • moderate oil and salt
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp cooking wine

Instructions

  • Slice the shiitake mushrooms.
  • Cut the Chinese chives into inches, mince the pork and ginger, and slice the garlic.
  • Add oil to the pot, add ginger and garlic slices, then add the minced meat and sauté on low heat until the color turns white.
  • Pour cooking wine and soy sauce, cooking wine can remove the smell of pork. Then add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes, stir evenly with the minced meat.
  • Add chives and salt under high heat, stir quickly and evenly, until chives are slightly softened.

Notes
