300 grams okra
1 garlic
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons flour
Instructions
The first step is to pour the flour into the water and stir it evenly, pour the okra to wash off the fluff on the surface.
Once the water's boiling, add a little salt and a few drops of oil, then pour okra and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove the okra and let it cool, then cut it in the middle and place it on a plate.
Take a small bowl, pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, add a little water and stir to make a sauce.
Mince the garlic. Add oil to the pan, pour the minced garlic and stir-fry until golden.
