Ingredients

  • 200 grams of noki mushrooms
  • 2 eggs
  • a handful of Chinese chives
  • proper amount of oil and salt
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic

Instructions

  • Noki mushrooms and Chinese chives stir-fry with eggs required materials.
  • Cut off the roots of noki mushrooms, and then tear the noki mushrooms by hand.
  • Cut the Chinese chive into segments, knock the eggs into the bowl and mix well.
  • Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Pour noki mushrooms in the water and boil for half a minute. Remove the noki mushrooms from the pot and put them in cold water to cool.
  • Add oil to the pan and heat up, scramble the eggs and set aside.
  • Add a little more oil to the pot, add ginger and garlic slices until fragrant. Pour enoki mushrooms stir well.

Notes

Noki mushrooms should not be boiled for too long, just boil for half a minute. When frying, use the maximum heat to stir quickly.
