Ingredients

  • 5 pork ribs
  • moderate chili powder
  • moderate salt
  • moderate Sichuan pepper powder
  • 1 ginger
  • 2 leeks
  • 1-star anise

Instructions

  • Wash the ribs, add moderate salt, moderate cooking wine, and moderate Sichuan pepper powder.
  • Smash the ginger and cut the leeks.
  • Add ginger, leeks and a star anise, mix well by hand and marinate for 6 hours.
