Instructions
Wash the garlic moss and cut it into 4 cm long sections and place in a plate for later use.
Knock the eggs into the bowl and mix well.
Pour peanut oil into the pan, pour garlic moss and stir-fry until discolored.
Add soy sauce, salt and a little water. Cover and cook until the garlic moss becomes soft.
Wait for the juice to dry, spread the garlic moss on the bottom of the pot, and pour the egg liquid evenly on it.
