Ingredients

  • 300 g garlic moss
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp peanut oil (25 g)
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Wash the garlic moss and cut it into 4 cm long sections and place in a plate for later use.
  • Knock the eggs into the bowl and mix well.
  • Pour peanut oil into the pan, pour garlic moss and stir-fry until discolored.
  • Add soy sauce, salt and a little water. Cover and cook until the garlic moss becomes soft.
