Ingredients

Instructions

  • Put the shrimps in the bowl, add the ginger shreds, sprinkle with 1 gram of salt, pour into the cooking wine, mix well and marinate for a while.
  • Knock the egg into the bowl, then pour the flour, add the five-spice powder and remaining salt, add a little water to stir until there is no dry powder.
  • After marinating the shrimp, pick the ginger and throw it away, then pour the shrimp into flour paste and stir it with kitchen tools.
  • Pour peanut oil into the pot, the oil temperature is 60% hot, that is, when a chopstick is inserted into the pot, a lot of small bubbles appear around the chopsticks, you can use the chopsticks directly to sandwich the shrimp into the pot. Here we should pay attention to put one by one on medium heat to prevent sticking together.
  • After frying the shrimps until the surface color turns golden, then take them out of the pot and set aside. Raise the oil temperature, pour the shrimp into the pan again and fry until the surface is crisp.
