Ingredients

  • 1 piece of tofu
  • 100 grams of pork
  • 2 green peppers
  • 4 hot peppers
  • moderate salt and oil
  • green onion
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ tbsp teriyaki soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp cooking wine
  • ½ tbsp starch

Instructions

  • Cut tofu into cubes of even size.
  • Mince the pork, cut the green pepper and hot peppers into segments, put the starch in the bowl, add half a bowl of water, mix well, and adjust to water starch.
  • Add water to the pot and boil, add a little salt, pour the tofu and cook for a few minutes, then take them out of the pot and set aside. To scald tofu briefly can remove the smell.
