2 potatoes
250g beef tenderloin
1 leek
1 green pepper
2 dried peppers
1 slice of ginger
2 cloves of garlic
½tbspthick soy sauce
1tbspthin soy sauce
2tspcooking wine
½tbspoil

Instructions
Peel and cut potatoes into strips, soak in water for half an hour in advance.
Cut the beef into thin slices.
Add half a tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of cooking wine, a little starch and half tablespoon of oil to the beef slices, stir and marinate for 10 minutes. (Add oil to prevent the beef from losing water, and it tastes smoother and tenderer).
Cut green pepper, garlic, ginger, dried chili and leek.
