Wash Job’s tears and soak in water for 4 to 5 hours.
Peel the winter melon and cut into thick chunks. Slice the ginger.
Slice the lean pork, add a little salt, pepper, cooking wine and starch, mix well, marinate for a while.
Pour water into the casserole, add the soaked and boil, then turn to a low heat and cook until the soup turns slightly white.
