Ingredients

  • 500g spareribs
  • green garlic
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • moderate vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Put spareribs in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes, take them out of the pot and set aside. Then prepare a piece of rotten ginger.
