Ingredients

  • 100g High gluten dried noodles
  • 8 Green beans
  • Half carrots
  • 1 Ham sausage
  • Half tomato
  • Moderate coriander
  • Moderate spring onion
  • Moderate cooking oil
  • Moderate salt

Instructions

  • Diced beans, carrots, ham and tomatoes, and chopped parsley.
  • Pour the right amount of cooking oil into the pan and heat it, pour chopped green onions until fragrant.
  • Pour the green beans and sauté until they change color.
  • Then pour in carrot and ham sausage and stir-fry for one minute.
  • Add a spoonful of salt.
  • Pour in moderate water and bring to a boil, add high gluten dried noodles and cook for 5 minutes. The specific time depends on the type of noodles you buy, and some noodles will take less time to cook.
  • Take them out of the pot, sprinkle a little coriander.
