Cooking steps:
1. Prepare ingredients. Clean the grass carp.
2. Wash off the black film in the fish maw, chop off the head and tail of the fish, and then cut the fish body into sections and cut the head in half.
3. Put the fish pieces in the container, put 2 tablespoons of bean paste, 1 tablespoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of pepper and chicken essence, and 1 tablespoon of starch.
4. Mix and marinate for ten minutes.
